Medical conditions are very often hard to understand.  There are certain conditions that women prefer to keep as private as possible.  This is understandable.  But the only way to understand is to talk about it.  This is especially so if have the question ‘what is endometriosis’?  This is a condition that can affect nearly every part of a woman’s life.  If you are suffering from endometriosis you will be only too aware of the symptoms.  Endometriosis does cause inflammation in the body.  The inflammation causes pain.  Those of us having to cope with endometriosis do have pain most of the time.  And the pain is so great it cannot be ignored.  It is tiring and draining.  Normal tasks like taking care of children, or going to work, leave us exhausted.
